Here is every main/minor character that appeared in the first four issues of Thomas the Broken Angel (not including Valen and the Devil's hand)! 'Natch!
After a little bit of tweakage, here it is! The fourth issue of "Thomas the Broken Angel"! It's angel-tastic! Hope you enjoy it, and don't hesitate to drop a line!
Wouldn't it have been freaky if "House of M" featured the same plot as the comic, but all the characters were changed to the "Full House" characters? Man, I wanna visit that parallel Earth. "No more mullets...."
Salutations! With Kingdom Come Supes' appearance in the DCU proper (OK, I'll call it New Earth) fast approaching, I took the time to reread the amazing Kingdom Come. I've read it probably close to 20 times and it's just as good on the twentieth read, if not better. I was so in-the-zone that I cobbled up this drawing of Supes here. Enjoy.
Hey hey hey. So, as I said, I'd like to take some time out of this blog to talk about comics. That includes news, upcoming stuff and reviews. I'm planning on also coming on here and giving y'all my Comic Pick of the Week. You may not agree with me, but what's the point of discussion without differing opinions? 'Natch! Let's get this thing on the road then:
Comic of the Week for the Week of September 23rd-
Batman #669-
Call me a Grant Morrison whore. No really? Do it. You did it? OK. I'm fine with that.
Though a little sparse in regards to shipping, Morrison's arc on Batman so far has really one major thing going for it: It's not more of the same. Don't get me wrong, I love a good, old sleuthy Batman story or a gritty tale of Gotham's too-many-to-count villains or even a simple beat-em-up starring everyone's favorite Caped Crusader, but they've all been done before, like, eight bajillion times. Morrison not only treads new ground with his eerie looks into the future and rumblings of other Batmen; he also builds on continuity, albeit continuity that wasn't considered continuity before, but who can blame him for picking up from Barr and Bingham's amazing Son of the Demon story. And this latest "Club of Heroes" arc just cements Morrison as possibly the writer with the best grasp of what it's like to live under the Dark Knight's shadow. Pair Morrison's words with J.H. Williams impeccable art and you have Book of the Week, folks. I can't reiterate enough how much J.H. Williams' art blows my mind. His jumping between styles for each subset of characters is masterful, where it could have been really jarring. All in all, this week's Batman #669 takes the prize, quite handily.
So there it is. First review. I'm all growed up. Bye for now.

PS- If anyone else feels like posting reviews, lemme know.
Hey guys. My name is Giancarlo. Well, I've started a blog. I needed some place on the net to showcase some of my comic art, and I'm terrible at HTML, so, here we are. I'm also hoping to review/discuss the greater world of comics, so stay tuned for that as well. Feel free to comment, insult or just generally vex me and thanks in advance for checking out my blog.
